Hi RPastoor,
thanks for reaching out.
Can you please check the following:
- The connection might not work when your account has more than 1.500 ads. This is not a hard limit, but something we saw occasionally
- Make sure that your AdSense account is fully verified
- Check if you connected with the right Google account
- Please ensure you are do not using an ad blocker or a similar plugin in your browser.
You can find additional information about what might happen here in the console tab of your browsers’ dev tools.
Please let me know if there are any errors visible.
Best regards,
Henning
Hi Henning,
I saw the the possible solutions before, but those did’t work.
I do not have more than 1500 ads (I think)
My Adsense account seems fully verified (other websites with the same account do work well)
I only have one Google account, so I think the connection is OK.
I do not use an ad-blocker.
There are no errors visable.
Do you have any other idea to solve this?
Regards,
Robert
Hi Robert,
Thanks for checking.
If I am not mistaken, your website runs an older version of the Advanced Ads plugin. Please try upgrading the plugin and connecting to AdSense again first.
Further debugging would be possible using a tool like the Health Check plugin. This helps to check for conflicts with other plugins or themes. Does the issue persist while in troubleshooting mode for the Advanced Ads plugin with all others disabled?
Best regards,
Henning
Yes ! Updating the plugin was the solution.
Thanks!
