Hi @maddendarwich
Pardon me, but I fail to find a difference between the two versions.
at the top part of the email message that the clients receive it says R & J Driving school instead of R & J Driving school
Password Reset Request for R & J Driving School
while its suppose to be:
Password Reset Request for R & J Driving School
Could you please point out if I’m missing something obvious?

omg, thank you so much for replying, i just found out that whenever i write here the word mistake that is happening after i submitted the message here it changed to normal! (just here) okay i will put spaces between the letters so you can get what I am saying
its suppose to be R & J Driving School
its coming R & a m p ; J Driving school
there is an extra word between & J which is a m p ; (without spaces) how can we remove that?
I hope you get it now, thank you again for replying! and will be waiting a solution please
Hi @maddendarwich
Thank for the update. I understand there is an unwanted space/word in between.
If you could please share a screenshot that shows the problem, that would be really helpful. We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
Thanks
Hello Margaret thank you for replying,
here is the link of the screenshot https://snipboard.io/90YF6Q.jpg
Hello,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Reset password, and check if there is custom text in the Subject field?

If the issue persists, I’d recommend running a conflict test next to determine if the issue is coming from a theme/plugin conflict. You can find a detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, the above info was helpful.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
