Can’t correctly open the CSV in Excel

    Hello there!

    Thank you for your great plugin 🙂
    Unfortunately, the CSV can’t be opened correctly in MS Excel. The fields are messed up… No problem with Apple Numbers or Google Drive, but my client can’t use anything else than MS Excel (big company restriction…)

    Is it possible to allow us to specify the delimiter of the CSV file? The problem is when the delimiter is a comma but there are also commas in the values…
