plugin auto upgrade version 3.0

Since I upgraded 3 separate blogs I have had issues with automatic plugin upgrades. I have to do the upgrade twice each time on every blog. When I do the second one it says that it’s already up to date. If I don’t do the second upgrade it says that I need to upgrade right after I do the upgrade. Frustrating and time consuming when you have more than one blog to update.

They all have some plugins the same but different themes so I don’t see any real common problems. And this is the same no matter what plugin is being upgraded.

Has anyone else found this since upgrading to wordpress v3.0?
