Primary Categories not working correctly

Hi, I have an issue with primary category showing wrongly.
I have a parent category “EN” –> “Wall Art / Prints” as a child category and –> “*Collection Name*” as another child category. In the abovementioned page I need everything to show as “Wall Art / Prints” as their primary category. But as you can see some show “EN” and some show the collection name as the primary.All of these products have been set to have the “Wall Art / Prints” as a primary.
What I have tried so far:
1. Use a “Primary Category” plugin instead of YOAST
2. Disable all plugins except for Elementor, Woocommerce and ShopEngine
3. Disable ShopEngine and use another Woocommerce plugin that has a product layout widget which shows categories
4. Clear cacheI’m out of ideas. Please help?

Just for clarity, could you confirm if you have selected both “EN” and “Wall Art / Prints” as a category for the products displaying as “EN”, as seen in the screenshot below?

As a first step, if both the parent and child categories are selected, please select only “Wall Arts / Print” as the category for those products and see if this makes any difference?

Thank you for the replies. This is a new product I’m uploading in another category but the concept is the same EN –> Cards –> Anniversary Cards and I need it in all 3 categories but the “Cards” category to come up on the product archive page as primary.

Thank you for these – can you let us know what the primary category plugin is specifically? Sorry that it was not mentioned prior; this can help us isolate what might be going on since the Primary Category choice is not native to WooCommerce.

Sure, I am primarily using YOAST for primary categories.
I have also tried Easy Primary Category (https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-primary-category/) but it gave me the same result so I deactivated it.Hi @vikabub ,
After taking a closer look at your site, I am able to see that the product categories being displayed are currently pulling from Elementor.
The best next step would be to reach out to the developers of that plugin to see if they are able to help you out further with this:

Alternatively, you could reach out to the developers of either YOAST, or Easy Primary Category to see if they have a solution for you 🙂

Hopefully, you were able to find a way forward with the issue.
If not, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for sending over your system status.
As Mike mentioned earlier, setting a “Primary” product category is not a core feature of WooCommerce.
Looking at your screenshot and searching through the plugins installed on your site it appears that this feature has been added by the Easy Primary Category plugin.
Since Easy Primary Category is a third-party plugin that we are unable to provide support for in this particular forum, if there are incompatibility issues or the plugin is not working the way you think it should work, I’d suggest reaching out to the plugin developer directly for further assistance.
