Add tab to admin menu

    In Appearance -> Menus, there are two tabs:

    Edit Menus (/wp-admin/nav-menus.php) and Manage Locations (/wp-admin/nav-menus.php?action=locations)

    For a plugin I’m developing, I want to add a third tab, but I can’t find the way to create it. Can you tell me if there is any way to do it?
