    Hi!

I cannot save the generated key from the destination site to the origin site.
When I click “Save”, an alert box comes out with an HTML code inside it.
I ‘ve checked the ajax calls and the response is fail.

Here is a screenshot of the alert box in the origin site.

    Hello @gangran,

Could you send us a screenshot of the response of ajax calls please? There might be some errors displayed and they helps us to debug the issue.

    Thanks,
    Nicholas

    Hello @gangran

We can’t see a related error from these screenshots. Can you download the debug zip from WPvivid plugin’s Debug tab on the source site, then send it to contact(at)wpvivid.com, so we can take a look?

Please also include a link to this forum thread so that we can keep track of the details you have posted.

    All the best,

I am also posting the troubleshooting result here so users who have the same issue can quickly find the solution:

Please also check if on your destination site/server, there is any blocking setting that is blocking the connection with a different site. You can reach out to the web host to check that.

Alternatively, you can use the ‘WPvivid Manual Transfer’ as instructed in this guide, which is designed for the case where the two sites can not be connected.
