    Hello
I’ve been working with WooCommerce to help resolve the issue of installing the Pinterest for WooCommerce Plugin (referred to as ‘your’ plugin below). First I installed WooCommerce for WordPress (I have WOrdPress.org Version 6). Upon installing your plugin I received an email reporting this error, below after ‘Howdy…’. Is this somethign that can be fixed and/or is my website compatible for this plugin? It woudl really be a shame to not have it work.

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Pinterest for WooCommerce.

First, visit your website (https://www.friedacreates.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.friedacreates.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-addons&section=helper&wc-helper-return=1&wc-helper-nonce=19541e7aa9&request_token=d78f77f997ef0bc69729e7408541644374d4765e) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    https://www.friedacreates.com/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=ohCI9o7FxUenf3TJFQHjUq&rm_key=KIZi8AuVRkqUo9DfHzYfGA

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.0
Active theme: Hello Elementor (version 2.5.0)
Current plugin: Pinterest for WooCommerce (version 1.0.13)
    PHP version 7.4.28

    Hello @friedaguercio

    Hope you’re doing well!

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

We will probably need information that should not be available on the forum.

    Best

    Hi Pepe
I have been working with Juan G. who asked that I report the issue through Pinterest for WooCommerce, and thus the entry above. Back at WooCommerce you can reference 5263907. I am very reluctant to add Pinterest for WooCommerce without first understanding why the error occurred. Plus, I am waiting to hear back from WooCommerce before re-adding the WooCommerce plugin to my WordPress.org site to be sure I don’t run into the same issues as before. Thank you

    Hello Christian
THank you for checking in. I have not tried to install the Woo for Pinterest plugin yet. Because of the first challenges I had uninstalled the WooComm. plugin, and now am starting over. (This has been a learning curve as I guess I hadn’t really uninstalled the WooComm. plugin because the pages were still accessible, and some of the original installation features were still intact, like Stripe.) I had installed WooComm for Pinterest BEFORE setting up all the pages (account, shop, etc) so will be sure to have WooCommerce fully set up before adding the Woo for Pinterest plugin. If there is any guidance you can pass along I am all ears. Thank you, Frieda
