How can I make MailPoet automatically send emails to those whose status has changed to “Cancelled” ?
I am not sure I am completely understanding your question. Do you mean to send an email to the users that have just “Unsubscribed” from your list?
If that’s what you are trying to do it is not possible, we can’t send emails to a person that has Unsubscribed from your lists.
If that’s not what you are trying to do, please reply back, I’ll be glad to point you in the right direction.

No, you misunderstood me! I will try to give our example.
MailPoet can be configured to automatically send emails when a “woocommerce” product is purchased, the email goes away when the status is “Done”.
BUT question: How to send letters to those who tried to buy a product but it has an order status of “CANCELLED”.
For example, from our real case: Our client could not pay with an American Express card, payment did not go through on the payment page of our bank, due to the fact that the payment did not go through, the order status changed from “Awaiting payment” to “Canceled” . How to make it so that an automatic email is sent to a person when his status is “CANCELLED”.
We would like to write in the letter template that “do not leave us, contact us through our contacts and we will find solutions for your problem”

Thanks for clarifying.
Yes, that is not possible right now with MailPoet. Our team is now working in improving automation in MailPoet but we still don’t have an ETA for the new features.
Having said that, there’s a built-in WooCommerce (default) email that is sent to users when the order status is Canceled.
If that email is not enough, you could try https://automatewoo.com/ developed and supported by our WooCommerce.com friends.
