I’ve downloaded both WordPress and OptinMonster. Now… HOW do I get OptinMonster added to WP as a plugin?

I’ve downladed bot WordPress and OptinMonster and signed into both. HOW do I get WP to add OptinMonster’s plugin? Can’t find ANY selection that does that in WP!

The guide includes detailed instructions for creating a campaign, configuring its settings, and publishing it on your site.
