I keep getting an Unexpected Server Error when I try to print a shipping label in my WooCommerce Store. I have deleted/reinstalled JetPack, updated all my Plugins and WordPress, the WooCommerce status shows no obvious errors, and whitelisted the Woocommerce shipping IP address (192.0.96.246) in my GoDaddy firewall. Any advice on how to get this working? The error pops up after I verify the Customs info (it verifies fine, along with everything else, except for the Shipping Rates panel, which won’t populate). Thank you.

  • Hi @dougdee

    Thank you for reaching out!

It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the error you are getting on your end. If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, we recommend using https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

Also, could you go to the WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Shipping & Tax Status page on your site and see if there are any indications of what is happening there? Additionally, I would suggest enabling logging on that page as well and the attempting to purchase a label again to see if the logs can provide any insight.

For reference, this section of the docs covers the options mentioned above.

If this doesn’t help, feel free to log into WooCommerce.com and create a ticket. Please include a link or reference the ticket number on this forum thread, so that we can quickly find that ticket and keep track of what’s already been done.

    Thank you!

Here is the screenshot of the error I’m getting: https://snipboard.io/90XdZQ.jpg

I don’t see anything unusual in the status screen. I have turned on logging and ran through the steps that cause the error, but nothing much seems to be captured. Here is a screen shot: https://snipboard.io/Tb0X2G.jpg

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you.
