ad codes inserted, but codes not showing up in source code

    Hi Support,

    I’ve used Advanced Ads to insert the ad codes. The Advanced Ads dashboard shows the ad codes inserted successfully. But the ads aren’t showing up on the website. After checking, I find that the ad codes aren’t showing up in source code.

    This is one of the ad codes I inserted: <div id=”waldo-tag-12351″></div>

    I’ve tried searching answers in the forum but with no luck. Would you please help check this issue? Thanks.

    Hi camilla321,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I notice multiple tag like <div id=”waldo-tag-12351″></div> or <div id=”waldo-tag-12353″></div> on different positions on your website.

    The first one is correctly injected into posts using a content placement, and ads appear there. These tags are also viewable in the source code.

    Can you confirm that the ads show up, or does this issue persist?
