Plugin activation

Hello we have a local intranet site where we want to host a knowledge base. We have purchased the plugin to add the features but now realise it wants activation but the whole system is not online. Is there a way to activate it manually or provide another plugin. I can send you my key if you require proof of purchase. It went through on order number 69707.
