IIS and WordPress help….

Are there any simple instructions to fallow for installing wp 1.5 with win. server 2003 with IIS? I am brand new to all of this and I am looking for some help. I also downloaded WAMP5 (php,mysql,apache)but Im not sure if I need this. I couldnt set up the php stuff. Do I need that stuff if I am running windows 2003 with IIS.
