Modify pages content but not layout

I’m new to WordPress so I’m not that much skilled.

As the title suggests, I’d like to give to a specific role (say Contributors) the ability to modify the content of the pages’ layout elements but not move them, delete them, etc. so in general not modify the layout. Is there a way to do so instead of simply enable/disable the possibility to edit the pages as a whole (layout and content)?

Some informations that might be useful: the theme used is Enfold and the layout builder is Avia.
