    Dear all,

I’m planning a reinstall of the Mailpoet plugin. As I cannot access the plugin through the WordPress dashboard anymore, I am looking for a way to save the subscribers info, and the mailing lists they subscribed to directly from the database. How can I do that?

All tables in the database seem intact. I have access through phpMyAdmin.

Thanks for any help you can provide!
    Ronald

    Hello @ronaldmies

Thank you for contacting MailPoet support. I will be happy to help you with this.

To do that you will want to export all tables that begin with *_mailpoet and import them to your new website. Your host support team may be able to help you with this.

You can also explore 3rd-party plugins that can help you with migrating your database with just a few steps, such as WP Migrate DB and All-in-One WP Migration.

Of course, feel free to reach out to us at any time if you need further assistance or you have other questions and we’d be happy to help.

    Have a great day!
