What’s the shord code that shows the Categories and after that the user click on some category and show the Organizations under that category?

I am sorry, but I am not exactly sure what is being asked, but I’ll try my best to answer your questions.
Assuming you are using the Default Card template to display your directory, please navigate to the Connections Templates admin page and click the Customize button for the Default Entry Card template.
The page will refresh, displaying the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right. In the Customizer, enable the “Show categories…” option.
Next, click a directory entry name in the preview. Any entry name will do as it does matter which. The preview will refresh, displaying the template’s entry detail/profile view.
Enable the “Show categories…” option. This step needs to be done twice because each template view can be customized.
Publish the changes. The categories attached to a directory entry will now be displayed.
