Sending paused

    Hi,
    I am a paying customer, I have an issue with a paused sending since last monday, I’ve email you, several times now, and I still have no answer, and I need this email to be sent urgently.
    What can I do to have an answer ?!

    Can you please let us know what is the website’s domain associated with your MailPoet plan, so we can check your account and contact you?

    Also, if you’re a Premium user, you can reach out to us via this form or directly from your WordPress dashboard. Look for the blue icon at the bottom of your MailPoet admin pages.

    Hi @catalyst29,

    Thank you. I see that you opened two different tickets about this, the first on May 23rd and the second on May 24th. We replied to each one on the day we received it, but it seems perhaps you aren’t receiving our replies.
