That certainly sounds like advice we’d give if you were unable to use your website, or at least sign into your WordPress administrative panel due to errors during reCAPTCHA or 2FA validation.
However, I’m unsure from your description what the specific circumstances of your issue is. Does the error present as a PHP error that stops your site from loading altogether, or are we talking about browser console errors pointing to Javascript, or perhaps sign-in error messages within the site itself? You could use a service like Snipboard to show screenshots if it’s not possible to describe or copy/paste text errors easily here in this thread.
