Missing Unit Pricing Measure

When trying to sync products with Google Listings & Ads I get the following warning:

Missing potentially required value [unit pricing measure]

The only information I find is that Google needs that for my region (Germany), but neither in Google Merchant Center nor in the plugin any clues how to sync that. The unit pricing measure is set for the products in WooCommerce.

Can you share a link to the affected product on your site? I’d like to see how it’s set up.

Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.

The issue disappeared from the list Issues to resolve without any change and the products are listed in Google (without base price, though).

Hi @stratoextra, that’s good news!

Regarding the unit price, the Google Listings & Ads extension currently doesn’t support setting a unit price. Your variation prices should be synced to Google. Request for the unit price has been added to our ideas board and you can vote on it here.

Moving forward, I took a look at your products and I couldn’t seem to understand why it looks like 2 product prices are showing on the page: https://d.pr/i/Iw8KKo

Perhaps I’m misunderstanding something?

The two prices are the price for the glass (500 gramm) and the other price is what that would be if it was 1000 gramm (1kg). This is a legal requirement in Germany and is supposed to make prices for different package sizes comparable.
Apparently the calculation does not work if the language is set to English, since it should be 500g: 8.60€ and 1000g: 17.20€

It seems that I need to fix that – but the issue of this topic is resolved, so I’ll also mark this conversation resolved. 🙂
