RSS with thumbnails

Hi all I am having a bit of a problem here. How do I get thumbnails to show up from feeds? Not from my posts, I am making a news blog. So how do I get say a feed from ABC news to post a thumbnail in the feed for a headlines section? Or say a feed from E Online to post a thumbnail in my entertainment section?
