    Hi,

    We are running a summer camp and the registration is through our wordpress site wiht woocommerce extension.

    On our cart page there is only one option for payment. And it offers you to carry on with the payment. https://ibb.co/9WcpBYs

    However after a couple of seconds this part of the site changes and ask for credit card information. https://ibb.co/TwL7B14

    I can’t find why does it change? Is it a malware or I just messed something up?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It appears that you are using the OTP Simple pay plugin for processing payments which could possibly be where the issue is coming from.

    I am personally not very familiar with this specific plugin however, am able to see that this plugin is no longer available: https://www.techsource.hu/product/otp-simplepay-woocommerce-bovitmeny/.

    Please could you temporarily disable that plugin, select one of the default WooCommerce payment methods that best suits what you are trying to achieve for payments (debit card payments, COD, BACS) and see if the issue is still present?

    If the issue still persists, please could you share a copy of your sites System Status, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.

    Hi @speakout,

    It looks like the same screen for secure payment was reported some time ago by another user on this thread:

    You can use online tools like Sucuri to scan your website and if a malware is found and confirmed try this quick workaround to remove the form using Javascript.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the answers. Turning on and off different payment methods didn’t help. But the thread @rainfallnixfig posted helped. Probably it is the same issue. I cleaned up the form-checkout.php file. For now it solved the problem.
