analytics overview Leaderboard not update

    In analytics overview page, Leaderboard not update data when change filter to previous value (have cache data), but Chart and Performance updated correct.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I would suggest navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > and click on Clear. Then try rerunning the report.

    Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    i try to clear this cache it not work.
    but issues at frontend, I try to refresh this data is update correctly .
    issues only then change date filter to other value and select to previous value again in Leaderboard section data not change

    Hi @pawarut,

    It sounds like a cashing issue. Can you purge the cache from any caching plugin you have enabled on your site and also ask your host to clear the server-side cache?

    If that doesn’t help, please share your system status as requested above. You can paste the generated output here on this thread or use a service such as Pastebin or Gist.

    Hi @pawarut,

    Thank you for sharing the video that shows us the issue you reported.

    It seems I’m also able to replicate this with only WooCommerce core enabled and the default Storefront theme.

    I also tried to clear the Analytics cache and re-importing historical data but nothing changed. Leaderboards data won’t change when selecting another date range.

    I would recommend that you report your findings at our public GitHub repository for WooCommerce. Create a new issue, designate it as a bug report, fill out the requested information and share the video so that developers can see what’s happening.
