subscribers not showing

    Hi,

    I configured CMP to send me email notification for any new subscribers for the coming soon page, and I get a notification today. But when I check the CMP Subscribers, there is none showing in the list. Note that I have configured the form to use CMP Custom Subscriber List. Any other encountered the same issue and any resolution?

    Hi Renie, email is sent only after successful subscribe action is saved into database. So it should be visible in the CMP Subscriber List.

    I have just subscribed to your website, can you check whether it shows in the list?

    Hi Ales, I have received an email notification but when I checked the CMP list, there is still nothing showing there.

    Note that I have a staging site that I am currently working on for my website while the live site is still showing the coming soon page, would that impact the way the plugin works?

    If prod/staging URLs are configured correctly then it should work fine.
    Weird, the subscriber email is saved, the only questions is where 🙂

    Do you have CMP installed on both sites? Might be worth to check prod and staging subscribe list…
