    Hello @mikozoid.

    This error is temporary and does not affect the spam protection of your site.
    Please wait a few hours and click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings.

    If that doesn’t help, please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.
    Then install it anew:

    Did it help?`

    Thank you for your fast response! I’ve re-installed the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option following the instructions.

    When I clicked on the “Get access key automatically” button, it said “Error: An account connected to site [my site domain] already exists. Please restore access to the account https://cleantalk.org/my/reset_password”.

    So I entered the access key from the previous install and clicked on “Save Changes”. This time, no error message appeared. However, when I did testing using s@cleantalk.org for a contact form in my site, it went through instead of showing “*** Forbidden. Sender blacklisted. ***”. And when I add /?sfw_test_ip=10.10.10.10 to my site name, it does not show the block screen. It shows my site as is. It does not appear the plugin is working. What am I missing? Please advise. Thank you!
