Your server has been misconfigured, so you’ll need to contact GoDaddy’s support about this: https://www.godaddy.com/help

I chatted with the help. They told me it need the webdevlopper to solve it.
Head back into GoDaddy’s support and ask to speak to someone higher up.
PHP’s configuration is part of the server’s configuration, and all of that is under GoDaddy’s control (unless you paid them for a VPS or dedicated server, of course).
This is a public forum thread, so you’re more than welcome to give them this thread’s URL if you want.

😟 i have chatted with them twice already. they give me the save answer saying their configuration is good. it it not their problem. 😕
Unless you paid more for a VPS or dedicated server, PHP missing the MySQL extension is absolutely their problem. There really isn’t any other way to interpret that: https://www.php.net/manual/en/mysqli.installation.php
I’m sorry they’re giving you the run-around. 🙁
Are you still in the refund period? Perhaps it’s time to try a different hosting provider: https://wordpress.org/hosting/

no, i have been in GD for many years, the plan have 2 years to go. my site is messed by virus. it redirect to another website. many files are changed. so I try to install WP and it show me the message. 😧😧
Ok, there really isn’t anything more to say on this issue.
It’s something they’ll need to fix, so ask to speak to someone higher up there.

To install mysqli, it is in MyPHPAdmin?
If you cannot do https://www.php.net/manual/en/mysqli.installation.php then it’s something they need to do for you.
