First time developer – need some input on design

Hi,

I’ve been asked to develop a site for a friend – he owns an offline business which runs various services from multiple locations.

so, he has offices in multiple locations – some of those offices have more than one service running out of them.

for each office he needs a page showing details of location, contact details, services etc and on each of those pages I’ll list the latest x number posts for that office … but that got me thinking about categories … to make sure I get all the relevant posts then I’ll need to set up a category for each office, won’t i?

does that sound reasonable?
