• I got this response from woocommercy support when I could not import products from printful to Woocommerce.. link – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-error-with-printful-plugin-after-woocommerce-update/#post-15649184

    The feedback:
“`I found this error “ The Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\API\Options::get_options function is deprecated since version 3.1.”

Thanks for activating the debug log, and for sharing the System Status Report.

We recommend contacting the Printful Integration for WooCommerce support team directly as they’d be able to help troubleshoot the importing issues with their plugin better. You can open a support request here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/printful-shipping-for-woocommerce/

While we’re experts on our own products, third-party plugins and compatibility issues are best supported by the plugin’s own developers.

    Hoping for a quick resolution.

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    I need your help

  • Hi! It sounds like there’s an internal server error caused by something blocking the connection on your side. To double-check if this is indeed the error in question, please send a message to support@printful.com. If you prefer, you can use the live chat on our website as well.
But basically, when this error shows up, we cannot see any additional details since the error is happening on the hosting side of the server. It might be caused by a conflicting plugin, theme, firewall settings, server settings, etc – but we can’t know for sure why it occurs since it’s not caused by something on our end. It would be suggested to get in touch with your hosting provider for additional details on resolving this issue.

I reached out to your support via live chat, they asked to contact the hosting provider, which I did.. the hosting provider directed me to contact woocommerce…

I reached out to woocommerce, I was directed to meet the printful support.. Now you are directing back to where I started.

Thanks for the update! However, if our support team confirmed that this issue doesn’t occur from something on our end as I already suspected, we won’t be able to advise further. As much as the support team and I would like to help, we can’t see what’s causing the issue if this is the error in question.
