This is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront remove all custom code and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved.
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, check the issue after activating each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If the conflict test doesn’t help then please share your WooCommerce error logs and System Status on this thread so we can take a look at your configuration and check the issue further:
System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

I desactivated all the plugins and the theme used for this website and reactivated them one by one white testing.
The problem is resolved now but i don’t know what caused it.

If the problem did not recur even after activating all the plugins and the theme then I guess for the time being there is nothing you need to do other than observing.
Should the problem appear again, you may want to run the same test more carefully one more time, may be giving some time before activating each tool.
