I have more than 13,000 Scheduled Actions in the Pending state in my e-shop.
Mostly it is:

To help me diagnose it better, can you install the plugin WP Crontrol?
This will let you check them individually for errors and also run them again if needed.
If the issue persists, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Could you share a screenshot of the screen that you see when you navigate to WP Admin > Tools > Cron Events?
Could you also share any fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

Thanks for the screenshots of your Cron events and error logs.
Looking at the logs I noticed the fatal error is dated 2022-04-27 – can the problem be traced back to that date or are there more recent fatal error logs?
However, I see that the specific log has the following plugin in the stack trace:
Woostify Sites Library: Woostify – 1.3.9It would be a good idea to temporarily disable the above plugin and switch the Woostify theme to the default Storefront to check if the pending actions are no longer being generated.
Do this on a staging site which you can quickly spin up using the WP Staging plugin.
If the issue persists with the pending actions, it could be a WP-Cron issue as sometimes cron jobs are not executed properly due to trouble with servers.
I would suggest manually hitting the “Run” button to run those actions but if you keep seeing this issue with scheduled actions remaining in a pending state for a long time, I’d suggest reaching out to your web host’s support team to ask if there are any cron issues with your server.
