New user registration not sending first name and last name

    I have setup the plugin using default values however I do not get the first name and last name in the email it only sends the email address
    i tried other short codes as well it does send the admin first name and last name but not the customer name

    How are new users being registered on your site? Is it via the WP Admin, via the default WordPress registration form, or via a front-end form provided by a plugin or the theme?

    we are using a plugin called Login/Signup Popup

    Hi @rahuljain1994,
    Thanks for confirming.

    This usually happens when the plugin doesn’t save the user’s data at the correct time – i.e. the same time the core WordPress function does. When this happens, data is saved in two stages instead of one and so some information isn’t available at the time the notification is sent out.
    You can test this by creating a user via the WP Admin – it should contain all the information, including first name and last name, etc.

    You may need to reach out to the developer of the Login/Signup Popup plugn to see if they can help or, find another plugin that is more compatible with the WordPress user registration process. Ones that do, work well with BNFW.
