The data is aggregated by a wp-cron job. It sounds like maybe your wp-cron isn’t running properly (or at all).
Try setting up a normal cron job in your hosting configuration panel that hits yoursite .com/wp-cron.php once every hour or so and see if that solves the issue.
Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!
Hello Lap! Thank you very much for the swift response!
Could you please let me know whether this is a hosting problem or a WP site problem? I have another WP website on the same hosting and Koko Analytics works without any problems there.
I also checked the cron jobs on the website where I have an issue and it looks like the Koko jobs are running as intended: https://i.ibb.co/QkhQBMp/Untitled1.png
Thanks again!

Wp Cron not running is usually a WordPress issue, not a hosting issue.
Thank you!
Today I noticed that the Site Health check on both of my sites shows the following:
“The scheduled event, koko_analytics_aggregate_stats, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.”
Could it be that Koko Analytics and WordPress 5.9.3 do not like each other for some reason? This is the only error I am getting and all other cron jobs on both sites appear to be running without any issues.

I don’t think it’s related to your WordPress version, it’s just a WordPress Cron issue. Did you setup the (normal) cron job as I suggested? That will normally trigger all the Wp Cron tasks in a timely manner
