Slideshow not working

Had a Nextgen slideshow on the front page, upgraded to 3.0 and now the slideshow is not working. I’ve uploaded the Nextgen plug in from the devsite – where it used to work along with the old imagerotator.swf file but it still doesnt work on the mainsite. I also tried uploading different images with fixed width and height but the slideshow does not appear.

I tried to disable the plugins except for the nextgen gallery thinking that it a plug in might causing a conflict to nextgen. It does not show still and I’ve also tried a different slideshow plug in (irotator) but no image displays.

Any ideas/solutions would be appreciated.
