Thank you for getting in touch, and we’re sorry the popup is not showing on one of your pages.

I checked the page (http://serwer2160603.home.pl/autoinstalator/wordpress20/oferta/rekuperacja/), the popup is displaying properly. Please see:

I checked the popup settings, and it has a cookies. Here’s what we get:

Cookies control the repeated display of the popup. On Popup Close, the popup will show after the cookie time expires, which in your case it is one month.

Could you remove the cookies in the popup settings? Here’s how to:

This allows the popup to always show.

Thank you for getting back, and we’re sorry the issue persists.

I checked the pages Nowoczesne grzejniki and Ogrzewanie płaszczyznowe. Indeed, the popup is not displaying on those pages. While it displays on page Rekuperacja.

Could you please check the targeting tab and ensure there are no selected pages? It allows the popup to show on every page of your site for all users.

After updating the popup settings, please could you take these steps as well?

– Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.
– Retest using a private or incognito window with no active browser extensions.
