Discord custom fields

Hello,
In the Discord Integration Feed there is only a description field and “input fields” but there are no others custom fields. Discord webhooks permit a lot of different kinds of fields like pictures, bot name, color, etc.
I’m especially interested in adding a picture in the post rather than showing an unsightly URL. Can it be done somehow?
