Updraft fails to update

    In my plugins, I’m told “There is a new version of UpdraftPlus” but that “Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.”

    If I navigate to add new plugins and search Updraft and click “Update Now” it fails and states “Update failed: Update package not available.”

    What is the version number of your currently installed version?

    Hi David, I have Version 2.22.11.1

    That version doesn’t come from wordpress.org, so, you will need to ask at updraftplus.com. This is a rule from wordpress.org, they do not allow their forums to be used to ask questions about commercial purchases.
