Thank you for the form.
We found a bug here, the date calendar is translated so it expires 30 mai but the plugin is not getting the translated date, it works well following this step:
– Go to WordPress > Settings
– Make your WordPress dashboard in English
– Edit your form, select 30 May again
– Save and switch back the WordPress to the correct language.
We are going to report this issue to our Developers, I hope we can fix it as soon as possible.
