Flipbook content has minimal height in Safari on Mac/iPad/iPhone

I created two flipbooks with default settings with the free version of the plugin.
On windows the content has the same height as the flipbook container, but on Mac/iPhone/iPad the content has only minimal height (maybe 10px), is scaled down and nearly invisible. Only the flipbook container and the toolbar have the correct size.

I can fix it when i add following style to the /assests/css/short-white-book-view.css:

  height: 100%;
}

Please update the plugin at the next opportunity.
