empty page cache after form submit

Hello I have a webpage with a donation form, is there a way to empty the cache of this page after a user submitted the form ? we discovered that some user datas were still displayed on the form fields probably because of the cache.
I know we can permanently disable the cache for such specific page, but I wonder if there’s a more convenient method.
