Send specific email when user buy certain course

Hi, I have a e-learning platform where I sell Course 1, Course 2, Course3.

Well Course 3 was developed with another teacher and I would like to send an email to that teacher whenever a Course 3 it’s bought.

Also I would like to make a history or a desktop for that teacher to have the registry about how many courses have been sold per month for example.

I don’t like teacher to edit or see the Wp admin, just to keep track of the sells and to be notified when a Course 3 is sold and keep it the more proffessional and tidy as It can be.
