Publishing time snafu

    Hello all,

    Trying to figure out a post-time issue related to pre-set publishing time. The date command in Unix shows EDT at the correct time, and php -r ‘date(DATE_RFC822)’ shows the same time. However, the author pre-set the post to post at 9:30AM EDT, but ended up posting at 7:30AM EDT. Any guesses as to why this would happen?
