Problem with nofollow free plugin

I have Michelles NOFF plugin for comments and I have a slight problem. How can I remove the bottom text “Comments links could be nofollow free.This site is using OpenAvatar based on ?” from my pages? Its not even visible as this text is in black and so is my blog background. Also, it stalls the loading when trying to reach “shuttlex.blogdns.net” for the image (marked as ? in the quote above). So Id really like this removed. (Im already linking to Michelles site via my nofollow free button). Thanks for any help!
