You’ll first want to check if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching theme to Storefront.

If the issue still persists, can you please share the following so we can take a closer look at it?
– The CSV you used to import products: You can use an online fileshare like file.io, Google Drive, DropBox, etc.
– System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
