Cannot reactivate woocommerce

Hello everyone,
I’m not able to update my woocommerce to the new version and it’ve made my site totally down. Then I deactivated all the plugins and restarted again. All the plugins are working well except Woocommerce and Jetpack. It was written “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.” Do you have similar problem when you are doing the updates?
