I created a product set, but no products appeared in the set on Facebook. I understand why, the product set uses as the default rule “the product is”, while it should use as the rule “id or product group is”. Is it possible to change this rule?

    Hi @fiandrea,

Sorry for the delay here. Can you please share a screenshot of the rule you are referring to?

    For the sync problem:

Did you set all products to Sync and show in catalog?

Also, please ensure that you increase the PHP time limit to 1200 (if not yet done), this is to ensure no timeout happens, so sync will succeed.

After you have done the PHP time limit, I’d suggest that you try to create another Product Set in WooCommerce, then associate it with WooCommerce category (that has at least one product inside), then click save. Please check if this one is synced to Facebook catalog under Catalog > Sets.

Let me know how it goes.

    HI @fiandrea

You can find that data under WooCommerce > Status. Your host can help change it. Please let us know if you still have any trouble along the way.
