First of all, make sure you are using the latest version of CF7 plugin itself and the latest version of multistep plugin.
If the issue persist, then give us the form URL to check this behavior.

Please clear your website cache and try again or check other plugins that might have caused the issue.

All caches are cleared. And my issue is not resolved.

Please try to deactivate Multistep plugin temporarily, then try to submit the form again.

So, this confirms the issue is not from CF7 multistep plugin. But either ways,thay form worked for us here (two different laptops).
You can try to check via another browser or another computer.
Also, you can try to deactivate your plugins and activate one by one while you check the form again.
