For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me the results:
1- Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
2- Deactivate all plugins.
3- Then, first activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
4- Check your issue.
5- Then, activate your plugins one by one
6- After activation of any plugins, check your issue
Note: if you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.
In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?
Even with no plugins on (or just Ocean Extra) it still doesn’t work, flushed cache and all.

That is odd, for the testing please switch to any default theme like twnetytwnety and check if it is working well or getting the same issue.

The comments link works on all other themes I’ve tested, regardless of how many plugins are activated or not. The issue appears to just be on OceanWP…
Interestingly the location still works (https://lordlibidan.com/free-epic-pokemon-all-generations-cross-stitch-pattern/comment-page-12/#comments) its just that the “previous comments” link doesn’t want to load it.
