Booking status shows Pending

    Hi,

    I have set the default appointment ststus as “Approved” but when I get a booking, it shows “Pending”

    Hi @gifturlo,

    Regarding Appointment status, Please take note that for the “On-site” payments, it will be not default approved as many times people book appointments with incorrect details and there is no payment confirmation so it will book the appointment right away. So to avoid spamming, the system will force you to review appointments first and then make them approved manually. I hope this makes sense.

    hi @reputeinfosystems is it possible to automatically approve them with a code change?
