Shipping and Order & Payment steps are empty.

    Good day.

    Please advice, this plugin is compatible with “Omniva shipping” and “Shipping with Venipak for WooCommerce” delivery plugins? Also “WooCommerce Payment Gateway – Paysera”.

    Im asking such question because after Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce plugin activation only in first step (Billing) information present. Shipping and Order & Payment steps are empty.

    Is there any special functions that need to be activated to display information?

    Hello,

    could you tell me what theme are you using? Or could you give me a link to your website so I can have a look?

    Is there an incompatibility with any of the three plugins you’ve mentioned? You can always deactivate any or all of these plugins and see if the problem with the empty steps is still present or not.

    Theme in use is “North WP” and link https://twinkling.lv/

    I dont think that there is any incompatibility between mentioned plugins because even Woocommerce built-in functions like “free delivery” or “self take” doesn’t appear in shipping section.

    I’m sorry the Multi-Step Checkout plugin is not compatible with the North WP theme. It also doesn’t make sense for us to work on a compatibility fix with the theme, as it is a commercial theme that is not sold anymore (see this page).
