i use woocommerce in my website.
but woocommerce add slash to end of all woocommerce pages url.

    for example:
when i enter url of a wordpress page like this:

    test.com/page

user browser only redirect to https side and load speed is OK.

but if i enter a woocommerce page url like a “cart”:

    test.com/cart

user browser first redirect to https and then redirect to “cart/” and this is reducing site speed for 1.5s

how can i disable this? or bypass or any other solution?

  • Hello @nyper!

You can change whether your site’s pages should have a slash at the end or not from the “Settings > Permalinks” area.
Can you please change the permalink structure to Your-site-address/%postname% and see if that solves the issue?
If you already have this structure then please switch to a different structure for a moment and later change it back to the Your-site-address/%postname% format.

If that doesn’t work then please share a full-page screenshot of the permalinks setup you have. We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
